I think you have proposed a good idea about English book. “It's impossible to learn for you to a foreign language” – I mean (and sorry to the author if I translate his book’s title incorrect).
But…. Can you finance this project? I am certain it is fundamental question.
The first you have to decide this problem, the second ….
May be you’ll translate the book in English (if author agree?) and will put it here.

But at least you could try to commit to paper your thoughts, your idea, and then, who know, we can find a native translator who will set about the work.
For example, I have a friend (German) who is intrested but he need more information (he don't speak russian) and my explanations of your method he finds unsufficient.
