Yesterday I saw another one of my problem in english. I build walls and fences in my mind when I try to say something in english. This is a bad inheritance of the school education. I try to analize and to control for every word I say. Tenses, articles and others grammatic stuff. When I am able to forget to control, the speaking becomes more easy. How could I turn off these control and analitic? I know practice can help me. But maybe anyone knows another recipe. Please, share.

Other than practice, it has to be an interesting topic. When you don’t give a damn about how you’re speaking. You just want to express yourself immediately, because this is important for you. But practice is still crucial.

The thing is... You can't switch it off, that grammar control. It will just gradually go to the background. I learned how to think in English five years ago, but I still think about grammar when in doubt. For example, "much-many". When I feel like "much" will sound better, I still remember that you can't say "much people"... and I make an effort and use "many". Maybe after more immersion I'll do that automatically.

But I cannot switch off my grammatic control at all in this case too.

I bet they will kill capybaras for the pink fluffy elephant ears, so we have to protect capybaras, not elephants. Elephants’ ears are not that fluffy and it takes a lot of time to paint an elephant.
